  1. Desi ghee: 1 kg
  2. Sugar: 2kg
  3. Green lentils: 750 g
  4. Almonds: 1kg
  5. Coconut: 1kg
  6. Soond: 125g
  7. Kamarkas: 60 grams
  8. Phool makhana: 125 grams
  9. 4 goond: 125 grams

Steps to follow:

  • Roast the green lentils for 5 minutes.
  • Then grind it well.
  • Fry all the ingredients in desi ghee and grind them well.
  • Cook this powdered daal in desi ghee.
  • Now add all other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Panjiri is ready to eat.
